In Balance Yoga offers a variety of yoga types to help make yoga accessible to anyone; from children in our kids camps to members that are in their 80s. We have three spaces: 1512 N Main St., 2000 Kraft Drive within the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center, and online streaming with our library of recorded on demand classes. IBY’s wellness offerings include: connection, healing, stress reduction, movement, meditation, breath work, massage, heated infrared sauna, opportunities to collaborate, and giving back to the community through service.

In Balance Yoga also offers Kid's Aerial + Strength classes, Ages 7-14, every Sunday at 4:30 PM.

Paint 'n Fun Ceramics is a family friendly studio that brings out the artist in you! We have hundreds of different ready to paint pottery pieces for you to choose from with dozens of different colors to help bring your master piece to life. You can paint your piece right in our studio and our friendly Paint 'n Fun artists are there to help you in every way they can. You can have fun painting in a positive and creative way that the whole family will enjoy. Become a fan and post pictures and stories about your visit!

Our 4th annual Sunflower Festival will be an experience you will remember forever! Viewing our 8 acres of sunflower fields, with over 200,000 blooms, and 20 different varieties of flowers will be a new summer family tradition. While our sunflowers will be the star of the show, we will have 3 weekends jam-packed with activities, music, food, and fun you won’t want to miss. Enjoy all the festivities at Sinkland Sunflower Festival, unlike any other!

We offer two experiential education packages best for Pre—2nd Grade. Each one last for 1.5–2 hours and costs just $10 per child. Special needs groups of all ages & Preschool are welcome on Tuesdays! 1. Fall Harvest Experience includes 5 Learning Stations – Pumpkin Life Cycle Story, Corn Maze, Barnyard Animal Fun, The Story of Farming, Bee Learning. 2. Harvest Play Experience includes 2 Learning Stations – Pumpkin Life Cycle Story, and Barnyard Animal Fun, plus time in the Farm Playground.

Our mission at Virginia Techniques is for students to reach their full potential safely, happily, and successfully. Our programs help develop self-esteem, confidence, coordination, flexibility and strength while having fun. Our small coach to student ratios allow our coaches to give each child the personal attention they need to learn new skills and reach their goals.

With a vertical drop of over 600 feet, 90+ acres and a longest run of a mile and a quarter. You’ll find something for everyone! Plus, West Virginia’s largest snow tubing park!
