🌿 SEEDS Summer Camps – Celebrating 30 Years of Nature Discovery!

Coming up on our 30th year, SEEDS continues to inspire curiosity and connection through hands-on, play-based, and place-based nature education.

Each week, campers (ages 8–10 and 10–14) dive into the wonders of the New River Valley’s natural world through:
🚌 Field trips
🎨 Art projects
🧪 Experiments
🎶 Music
🌱 Outdoor play and exploration

Kids don’t just learn about nature—they experience it through creative, meaningful adventures that connect them to the world around them.

📅 Summer Camp Details:

• Dates: Weekly sessions, Monday – Friday
• Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuition: $300 per week
• Ages: 8 – 10 & 10 – 14
• Registration Deadline: April 4th

Field Camp registration (ages 8 - 10 and 10 - 14) forms due by 5pm, April 4, 2025.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Complete a registration form, please complete on computer by typing information. Hand written forms that can't be read are not as likely to get a spot.
• Tuition assistance is available by request. Please email for information mike@seedskids.org
• Return the registration form with a check for ½ half-tuition in-person to SEEDS; or  
• Mail To: SEEDS, PO Box 824, Blacksburg, VA 24063.  
• Please don’t mail to the Price House. This will cause the form to be returned to you which will slow down your registration form, as we do not receive mail there. 

REGISTRATION LOTTERY:

For the best chance at a spot in a camp, return your registration form and tuition by the deadline.  Registrations will be selected from all those received by the deadline.  Any remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  You will be notified by email within four days of lottery results.  If you don’t get one of the spots in a SEEDS program, there are many other excellent programs offered by other organizations in the area.
